The history behind these glasses starts in a basement with a stock of old acetate materials – and the motivation to reuse them now in new ways. We go back to our first experience withthe subject matter glasses, to the roots, to the place where it all started – the 80s … our glasses youth.

An exciting journey begins, the time has come to breathe new life into old values and colour concepts. Acetate materials behave like good wine-you have to give them a chance to mature, to develop – this is the origin of its inherent quality, the material generates a new power.

Mature, old acetates are harder than the new materials, they are harder to process – dimensionally more stable, their surface is more compact – the colors radiate a new glow. This Special Edition impresses with its incredible colour depth and is available in limited quantities, appropriate to the Revival – 80 glasses per colour.
